Knowing how to jump higher is something I would love to do as a basketball player. What I have learned is that you have to work out your legs. Going to the gym is the best way to get stronger legs. Doing box jumps with weights or doing squats helps. This will strengthen your legs so that you can jump higher. This will take time and effort but going to the gym 4-6 times a week and working out your leg muscles will definitely help you jump higher.
