Sleep is a very important aspect of life. I learned that it is very important that during the day you eat healthily and exercise. By limiting your caffeine, you are able to fall asleep faster. Caffeine can give you sleep problems for 10-12 hours after drinking. Also, avoid big meals before you sleep because those can upset your stomach. Not eating tons of sugar during the day will also reward you. Sugar triggers wakefulness during the night. Also, if you only sleep in your bed, you are able to fall asleep faster. By only sleeping in your bed you train your body to fall asleep when you lie down in your bed. If you try not to nap during the day you will sleep longer. Keep a sleep cycle. If you go to bed and wake up at the same time, you will be able to consistently be able to get the sleep that you want. Improve your sleep environment. Keep the noise down and make sure that your room is dark.
